We strive to get your investment rented quickly, but it is important to get the RIGHT tenant versus the FAST tenant. We verify they are who they say they are to avoid identity theft. We ensure they can afford this property by verifying employment and income. We check credit score, prior rental history and any potential criminal history.
Quick response time to all maintenance requests. After-hours emergency line to ensure your tenant can reach someone 24/7. We have trained and vetted maintenance team members to handle all maintenance issues. We also have preventive maintenance programs in place to inspect and service HVAC, plumbing, appliances as well as other areas of your property to ensure they stay in tip top shape and up to code.
We conduct move-in, move-out and routine inspections to protect your property. You are notified right away of any repairs needed, both interior and exterior. We also check all vacant properties weekly to ensure they are in good showing condition.
We keep an accurate account of all cash flow. Every month you’ll get an owner statement which describes what was received, what was paid out for maintenance issues, and the amount being remitted to you. All information on your property will be available 24/7 through your owner portal.
